With an average tenant review of 5 out of 5 stars, we don’t really feel the need to shout from the rooftops… our tenants do that for us! That’s why we have the longest waiting list for rooms in the City! We only rent to working Professions and mature Students (PhD/Masters), where quality, comfort and trust among housemates is key. As a working professional you would never share with someone claiming housing allowance, an arguing couple,  or 3 noisy students (as an example). We only match you to like minded people, of the same age group where you can also build new freindships. We currently cover the Earlsdon area within Coventry; this is because it’s the most popular location for young professionals in the whole City due to the restaurants and coffee shops on the Earlsdon high street just around the corner. Not to mention this is the area where all the other young professionals live in the City. The Earlsdon area is the most popular hang out in Coventry for the pubs, wine bars, restaurants and coffee shops, it’s a real vibrant area where finding a nice professional room can often be extremely challenging! Unlike most properties on the market, our properties are NON-CLINICAL, which means they all have character and a homely feel as opposed to feeling like you’re just renting a room and walking on egg shells all the time. This will be your home and you can treat it as such, no one will pester you and you will not be pestered by us for rent as you will set-up a standing order each month. We do not need to access your room, that will be your private space and you will not be disturbed there.
